I just happened to be by the pool this morning when the pump started up and there was a lot of air coming out of the returns as it started, kind of like if I had taken the filter apart for cleaning and then restarted everything. It lasted for about 30 seconds and I don't remember seeing this...

I would give Maytronics a call and explain what happened. They should correct the problem that was caused during a warranty repair. I have had very good experiences with them.

Have you contacted Maytronics? Seeing that it was that way out of the box, I think they would pay for return to them for repair or replacement.

I have purchased from Poolbots and would do so again.

I have a Dolphin Sigma which came with 2 sets of filters, one fine mesh and one pleated. I have always used the pleated one which picks up the finest of dirt.

No longer gets stuck and no other issues. It has always cleaned very well even without the third brush. Just no longer gets hung up on the drains.

After several emails and a voice message Solar Breeze finally sent a replacement for my Ariel that stopped working. Their customer service is poor to say the least.

I have recently purchased an Ariel which has stopped working. Their customer service is nonexistent. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.
