We had and expert come out and view the pool and couldn’t determine if it was asr so they recommended a core sample to determine if it is asr. Currently it’s a big issue right now in Austin and tough on what to believe.
Hello, we are in the process of buying a house and should we be concerned about ASR? Here is a picture that the inspector was concerned about. This would be my first pool to own. What are your thoughts?
