Same, I don't understand why a robot would have a "schedule" feature if it wasn't intended to live in the pool?

Slowly coming out of our winter slumber here in the MI state. Pool scheduled to open end of April. Will run it on LC until the temps warm up enough to kick on the SWG w/o needing to run the heater. I know it's early for some but I much rather look at a beautiful blue pool than a sad grey winter...

Unfortunately, I cannot manage my safety cover myself, it's just too big/cumbersome and I don't really have the help - so I pay the pool guys to remove in the spring, install in the fall....I do the rest.

Good point, and I don't mind running my pool with some liquid chlorine until it's warm enough to activate the SWG for its regular summer duties. I have a standing appointment with my pool company to remove my safety cover next weekend - I may just go ahead and fire everything up after they are...

I'm still under 60 here in MI, but soon.....very soon. I am thinking (hoping) in a couple more weeks - the weather is doing its typical April shuffle, so temps are a bit all over the place still - I am hoping to see some stabilization soon.
