Yes I’m still chlorinating but this seems like a battle I cannot win at this cya level.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve been doing a ton of reading. The pool got this bad because I tried bioactive cya reducer. It seems like conditions for it to work are impossible to achieve outside of a lab. I called them up and they told me if the pool already has algae the enzymes attack the algae...
