I've been doing the steps above, just with the added lowering of the water levels. Assuming its water table related then and will fill and see how that solves out. Also will probably stop doing that with my pool then too.......

Thanks! I checked into it, but going the less expensive route for now...... Keeping the wet assembly and adding a 1.5 hp upgraded motor and had to get the new drivetrain for it too..... should run really smooth once it all gets hooked up!
