Thank you - I am new to this forum! I have the signature added. No one is swimming yet- the pool is only 60 degrees. I am working on adding more CYA (but it takes a while). Initially I was advised not to by the pool store.

Hi, I am struggling with my combined chlorine this year since opening April 16, 2024. I have a chlorine pool 23,500 gallons - in ground with a sand filter with glass medium (new last season). My pool started out so cloudy I couldn't see the bottom. I SLAMmed my pool and the chlorine held steady...
