    Sorry should give some background info. Thanks for the welcome. We are an indoor public pool around 140000 gallons. We have been using a Bio-Lab colourmetric test kit here for the last 15 years capable of testing up to 11 ppm bromine.

    We have a vinyl liner that produced wrinkles a year and a half after install. The installer is saying our bromine level is way to high and that why we have wrinkles, his test showed: Ph 7.2 Br 17 Ch 300 Alk 80 Our test showed: Ph 7.5 Br 5.0 Ch 400 Alk 90 Both tests done at the same time. Is...
