The versaflow was part of the original pool build so I assume the contractor didn’t add it aftermarket. I’m not worried about the cost / warranty, more about the time. I’m going to contact Jandy. Maybe they will send a tech before the pool builder gets a service guy out here.
It’s 6-8 weeks out to get the tech to come out for the warranty claim. The pool is a year old so it should get fixed but the wait is too long. The freeze and so many pools being built has jacked up the service crews apparently.
While I'm at it, the PM from the builder came by and tried to help, but wasn't able to do anything. but he toyed with these 2 auto valves and when he left, the pool / spa was out of synch.
Best position to have these in when system is off?
