I switched it to t-5 and that seemed to work. Not sure why but I'll take it thanks!!

Readings are 500, 27.1, 4.98, 53p, -300, Al-0, r- 1.59 , t-3. Then all the same except 32.0 and 0.00

I also had it tested at the pool store and they were the same results

Hi, I will check readings later today when I get off work. The actual salt reading is 3800. I checked it with a test strip. I will check serial numbers later today and let you know. It's been very frustrating.

Hi all, so I just put a brand new aquarite t-3 salt cell in and now my salt is reading 500. I tested the salt with a test atrip and it's actually at 3800. I've recalibrated multiple times. Not sure what to do. Did I get a bad cell or do I have a different problem. Please help!
