CYA is 50... I've attached a picture of the problem... I hope you can see it. Its less than 6inches in length and less than an inch in width. reappears in same place every time.

thanks Richard.... i did read it in pool school but i wanted to make sure since my TA wasn't quite right. you said focus on the algae, i don't need to worry about my CYA being so low?

okay....if my FC is 13 now aren't I at shock level. Pool calc says Mustard Algae Shock is at 12. My CYA is low 20 or below...what's my next move thanks in advance?
