i checked the on/off switch inside the house. one of the wires was broken inside the insulation. i stripped it and reinstalled. all good again. thanks!!

Jimrahbe I tested the breakers at the main circuit box and they are both fine. (2 pole 20 amp). if no power is getting to the emergency shut of switch could the on/off switch in the house be defective? btw there is no timer or automation system just on/off switch in house.

after checking the volts with the other emergency switch i have for my main pool pump (240volts), im gettin ZERO volts on spa emergency switch. does that mean the emergency switch is bad or that there is no power even getting to the emegency switch? or something else?
