I run mine on low 8 hours on 4 hours off. Its only been on high a few times once to backwash and a few times to circulate chemicals at faster pace.

THe installer started in my center and worked out staggering joints. He also cut and fitted before wall went up. Makes it easier. just don't do like he and tape and install before wall do that after wall is installed.
