Not sure what I missed. The white is on the bottom of the liner and can't be removed.

I don't know about getting a sample as it's on the pool bottom. I am using the DPD kit recommended here for my testing

Pool is balanced but I have white spots on liner. Not sure what it is or how I remove it. Ph 7.4 AL 100 Hardness 200
