I can't think of where it would be coming out from - none of the fittings are leaking. Must be cracked underneath. Looks like I'll be shopping for new equipment.

Put the valve into recirculate until I figure out a more permanent solution. If anyone has any ideas - I can always take more pictures or videos as needed. Thanks.
