Hi, I know this is an old thread but I wanted to ask how the foam over the crushed stone worked out for you? Also, any tips or tricks to cut the foam to fit inside of the track?

I have the WM Hayward skimmer and planning on piping that in too. I've seen others keep a suction side port along with their skimmer though and wondering what they are using for a strainer cover.
