reggiehammond, the reason I was struggling to maintain FC was because I had a new SWCG installed and was having flow problems due to a clogged screen...which has since been resolved. My earlier post reported crystal clear water and CCs of zero. I did OCLT again last night...this time properly...

Chlorine got added after the first test via SWCG. The pump ran with the SWCG running until 10pm. This was my mistake. I believe that is why the FC was higher this morning. I will wait until FC is up over 3 and redo the OCLT.

Pump shuts off at 10pm. I thought higher chlorine this morning was result of no sun at night along with too low of CYA.
