I may need to replace my SWG. If this is the case I can most likely get one cheaper than what I was quoted from the current mfg. I would like to know which SWGs are the highest rated. Longevity, price, performance and company stability are my main criterias. Thanks!

I've tested and retested everyday this week, but everytime I go to get a sample I get a whiff of chlorine smell, particularly at the water level. Water is clear, no CC when I test, everything else looks good. Just not sure where the smell is coming from, any ideas? FC 4.5 CC 0 PH 7.4 TA 110 CH...

So same with the CC part of test, it will instantly turn pink if CC are present, regardless if it turns pink later?

Would the solution turn pink right away if CC are present? If I let it sit after testing for FC and put the drops in to test CC it will turn pink while doing the other tests. Same with FC, if I let it sit long enough it will begin to turn pink again after testing for FC. Does this mean anything?

I looked again the other night and they indeed had the quality of bubbles. I looked again this morning after pump had been off and no floaties, but just a little cloudiness. Going by my latest chem adjustments, comes out to approx 16000 gallons. I'll tweak it a few more times and see how...
