this is the first year of pool ownership for me, and the first thing I did was get a tigershark...best thing I have done yet. I love it. It works great in my pool (23000 gal rectangle), and I would highly recommend it.

I have the Tigershark QC....I love it! It climbs the walls very well, though I have some bowing in the walls and it falls off at the top, but it just climbs right back and it is all good. It cleans very well, and I am extrememly happy with it. Had it just for this season so far. I love...

update: i put the adaptor for the output on the top, and it seems to have fixed this...it doesn't climb too high on the waterline now, and that seems to have fixed the pattern.

swg?? Slow moment for me here... cleaning tip...place the filters on the ground (driveway for me) with the plastic "X" frame down, then spray with the hose. Seems to make more pressure against the filter that way with the driveway fighting back i guess. I then pull each section back a little...

by TDS, are you talking about total disolved solids? I was told by two different pool stores that 2300 tds was bad and needed to change out water...not so?

the cartridge part was the clincher for me...so easy to clean out...i love it...i can't stop watching the thing in the pool...it is so cool to watch...lol...

i have the tigershark, and I love it...i think i might be having problems with it not getting to some places in the pool, but i put on the adaptor for the output, and that seems to be helping...i also have some "bowing" in my pool, and that seems to throw the unit off. The quick clean doesn't...

anyone? help a noob out???

are you dumping the powder into the filter basket, or are you diluding? The first two times I backwashed, I just poured the powder in and found de in the pool....or at least my tigershark did...lol...the last two, I put it in water first, then poured it in. I didn't have that problem again...

I have a tiger shark robot in my 20k gallon inground. I love it, but it seems to have a fear of the shallow end. It never seems to get one section of the shallow end, but it will clean the heck out of the deep end. I have tried to start it in different places, changed the angle of the handle...

Hi there...new to the boards, but I may be able to help with this. I had the same problem with my Tiger Shark. The problem was the water was too dirty to start out with, so the filter was getting clogged up really fast....thus is wasn't getting enough suction to be able to stick on the walls...
