The pool builder left us a hose with a brush on one end that connects to the telescoping pole we use to brush the sides. But the hose doesn't connect to the port on the side of the inground pool. Both appear to be the same size. I originally thought that the suction would keep it in place but...

The WaterGuru tests indicate everything is in the Normal range (FC, pH, CH, TA, CYA) but PoolMath SCI is on the low side at -.61 Unfortunately it doesn't indicate what is out of wack or how to fix it.

WaterGuru Sense2 for testing

Having a hard time getting and maintaining CH. Adding calcium chloride but it continues to drop. Is this typical for in ground plaster pool in Central Florida?

Not sure where this query should go within forum... We just completed construction of our pool in central Florida in January 2024. We have trouble reading the color chart while testing chemicals in the pool water, so we bought a WaterGuru Sense2 device. We like it, but the advice it gives...
