    Check fuse with multimeter, fuse is good. Went to system test at power up volts 24 amps 6.2, check system again in about a minute volts 28 amps 5.0 again still at power level 2.

    The last time I cleaned the cell it was acid washed. Cell ends look good I have had a SWG since the pool was installed and have never had any buildup on the plates.
