Well actually I am doing a wild guess, I purchased the house 2 years ago and the pool is installed 25 years ago, one of the pool guys said it seems 10-15 years old

I poured some warm water but couldn't stretch it enough , the liner is at least 15 years old maybe more I guess I need to reduce the water level first

This happened a few days ago How can I fix it Do you think it happened due to excessive heat (I am in NJ USA) ?

Enough to chlorinate the pool?

I already did that too, but is that enough?
