Fairly new owner

SAHM caring for a 20+yr old in ground pool.
~ I refer the the pool as she a lot, her elderly self has a personality, with a grumpy side

~Pool came with the home. We are in our 4th summer.
~It has been a rollercoaster, but this summer I am finally getting the hang of pool chemistry.
~I have kept my water very clear and saturation rate is normally between -.1 and .1.
~I still have a lot to learn.
REPAIRS:
• brand new Hayward pro sand filter 600lbs
• the liner patched in multiple places
•The fiberglass stairs cracks patched.
• 3td jet installed. (Previously only had two )
• replaced all covers, baskets, gaskets for skimmer.
•replaced pool light bulb, gasket and screws.
•Replaced ladder stairs with stainless steel.
• added filter timer
• retrofitted our 1.5 inch PVC piping to 2Inch piping connecting to pump and filter.
• pump to filter- brand new 2Inch pvc piping
NEEDS to BE DONE:
• new liner( faded no design left)
• Backfill under stairs
• purchase new pump ( new 1.5hp purchased and installed MAY 2022 )
• build pump house
• install salt generator
~We are slowly bringing it back to life. We really enjoy the pool.

With having two kids and being a stay at home mom the repairs cannot come all at once.

Cosmetically she’s not the most beautiful, but she is doing her job the best she can.
