Pool owner for 28 years, found TFP about 8 - 10 years ago but never joined. Had all the usual problems using tablets causing high CYA issues, trouble keeping pool algae free, and needing to partially drain the pool each year. Found TFP many years ago, educated myself and now just use liquid chlorine, acid, and some baking soda to raise the TA. Pool is simple to manage and have had no algae, or other issues despite the pool being quite warm (90F) in the summertime swim season.
