Thank you. Phew. We do have the TF salt pro test kit but my husband has yet to go out and learn how to take the tests. I feel I’ll be taking on that task. :-) so far we have just been using the test strips. We will get on this over the weekend so we get more accurate levels.

After @mknauss suggested that Pentair equipment would be easier for us to work on ourselves, our PB said no problem and changed all of our Jandy equipment to Pentair. This is the new list of what we will be installing in our 18x40 Vinyl-lined pool in SE Minnesota. Does this all look like quality...

Awesome! We will have a 3’ swim out bench on that corner as you can see in the diagram. This will be how the kids get in and out to the slide which will be on that edge of the pool.

Is it possible to do this even with a vinyl liner pool or is it too slippery?

Here is a contour drawing with a 3:1 slope starting at 20 feet and going down to 7 feet. Thoughts? Too much deep end? Should we do a 4:1 slope?
