I think you might be talking about the other poster (Re:size of the SWG). Our pool is pretty small- 7500 gallons- and I think the general rule is get an SWG double the capacity right? End of day just bought the new cell. Here’s to hoping the new one lasts 7 years too!

I’m curious about the usage indicators- if they’re saying 60% but it’s the absolute number of years that are important, I’m confused why they even have the indicator.

Reporting back- it worked! We had to get a few different fittings to link up the connection to the filter side, but the entire thing fit like a glove and is running like a dream. Most interesting is that the new pump, although the same HP rating, pumps out WAY more water- visible at the surface...
