Why do you suggestst the Jandy Aquapure 1400? I presume it would communicate with my Jandy Aqualink RS?

Hi all, I have a Duoclear 130 SWG operating through a Jandy Aqualink RS Control System. I want to replace the Duoclear 130 with a a Clearwater SWG. Would this Clearwater SWG be compatible with the Jandy Aqualink? That is, just wire it into the Jandy Aqualink and that's it? Also, if the above...

I noticed there is a double sided foam tape that comes with any replacement part that involves opening the air chamber. Other than buying a part that includes this tape, is anyone familiar with the type of tape used here? An alternative? Thanks in advance

Update: it was the blower. Had a technician come in and check it and there was power to the motor but no action. Now replacing the blower.

I can turn it by hand. Turns quite well. Last week it even started up. Then ran and even started up a few times after that. I experienced the same end of last season. When it was running the blower casing was too hot to touch which seemed a bit strange to me.

Strange problem. Blower motor gives a little turn along with the humming sound, then stops. Maybe 20 seconds later it tries again. I can see the blower start to turn a bit. I changed the capacitor in hopes that was the problem but no luck. Below is a link to the start up Any advice is...
