Ya. I thought I had made a good connection, but now its classic thermistor problem.. no power light etc... perhaps it's a bad thermistor ? Perhaps bad connections..? Any tips on testing the thermistor? Only could find thermistor for dryers on YouTube.

Here is the other side of the board. I'm going to pick up another thermistor and try a new one on the board. Crossing fingers.
