I think my intellichlor needs replacing, but I don't know for sure. The "inspect cell" green LED constantly flashes. I just acid cleaned the inside and there is no calcium buildup. When I check the life it shows at 80%. I am struggling withe algea. Any ideas??? Cell is original installed in...
