Hi Poolers, Within the last week or so Alexa seems to not be able to connect to the intellicenter. Has been working fine ( well as good as it does ). Did all the normal things to try to get it going again. Just wondering if anyone else is having issues? Thx

Run a tap in the threads (chasing the threads) that will clean and correct any issues with the threads in the niche..

Thanks Gents! I am thinking that these are silicone as I can see a 1/2" pipe in the mouth and don't see any threads.. So I will try a length of fishing line between the wall tile and the medallion to see if I can "cut" through the silicone (if that is it)...

I think what you are looking at is just the bezel replacement... The lights, display and electronics are on a board just behind the bezel... Sound to me like the board is fried... I believe the board runs around $160 or so.... Along these lines... Amazon.com: Hayward IDXL2DB1930 Display Board...
