Quick update. I connected the protocol adapter directly to my easytouch panel, bypassing the wireless adapter but no luck. Still the same issues.

I had the adapter at 10.0.1.x on my standard network, but also got it to go to 192.168.1.x on my mesh.. i could see it on whichever one i had it connected to on the updater and also run the update successfully. So i think it was okay on that front.

I have it going over an Orbi Mesh network, but for the software i downloaded it from the Pentair website. I did also try it on a normal router with the same results though.

Thanks Jim, i do get that screen on the screenlogic connect, but the local system is blank. I may run that cable and see if that solved it too. It's just strange the updater finds it right away.
