Okay, I think I've found it! When I went into the Circuit Functions menu, it looks like both the pool and spa have been selected for freeze protection. If I deselect the spa, then presumably that might stop what I had been seeing originally? And thanks for the tip about the SLConfig app!

So for some reason, my ScreenLogic username for the remote option no longer is displayed when I try to connect with the remote option. Anyone know how I would go about finding out what my username was (originally set up by the PB and never had to mess with it until now). Thanks!

What zollan said! I'd always been hoping for a drop test to validate my borates levels, and this test seems to work great (it correlates very well with predicted borate levels from PoolMath). Plus the instructions were very straightforward. Well done, you guys! (y) (y)
