    Pump motor died

I replaced the entire motor and basket assembly for about $200. Much easier than replacing just the motor. I had to repipe but that is easier than working with the motor mounting.

Robot - Best Money I’ve Spent

I could watch my Dolphin for hours. Especially when it tries to climb out of the pool.

Booster pump has failed. Repair, replace pump or replace entire cleaning system?

I have a Dolphin and I love it. Have it for 5 years. Put it in the water and it's done. Suggest replacing it.

Cost of Replaster - 14 yrs with a SWG

I have had a lot of pitting on my plaster over the past 5 years. The plaster surface is still original, this is the 14th year I have had the SWG and the pool. This year, the pitting has become quite consistent thruout the pool area, walls and bottom seem to have a common amount of degradation...

    PureLine Crystal Pure Salt System

Yes I did. The one for $495. Hooked it up and it runs just like the Aquarite for half the price. The inline unit is the same size as the other, so swapping it out was easy. The only issue was that the flow sensor from the Aquarite did not work with the Pureline, so I had to install the new...

Crystal Pure Salt System Replacement for Aquarite

My Aquarite lasted 14 years before the board and transformer failed. I bought a "Crystal Pure Salt System" from INYO Pools. I've installed it. Everything seems to work, the generator lights work fine. However, the salt % stays at 0 PPM although I know I have at least 3200 PPM in the pool. I have...

    PureLine Crystal Pure Salt System

I've had a Hayward for 14 years, it finally died (board). I don't want to repair it. I am going to buy one of these and will let you know the results. I also picked up a generator from a company in Aussie, only $195 including shipping. Many more salt systems down under...

    SWG No Power (Aquarite)

This is exactly what I am looking for, will check voltage, etc, before buying what I need. Thank you!

Hard Pipe Drains - Pump, Filter & Heater - NEED ADVICE

I also like your idea, I am sure gravity will do its thing if you open the system to allow free flow. What about your pipes to/from the shed, they need to be blown out as well. Here is what I do: 1. I use a "large" (60 gal) compressor to blow out all the pipes. 2. I made a threaded pipe...

    SWG No Power (Aquarite)

I've checked for power at the connections to the main board and I have power at the source (where the wires are connected onto the main board). Nothing beyond that on the board. I have also looked for breaks on the board itself (solder or plating on the board) and I do not see any...

    SWG No Power (Aquarite)

I have no power at all to my unit. Replaced the current limiter 2 months ago, and the unit worked until last week. Checked for burned out components but do not see anything that looks burned. Is there a procedure to check voltage at various locations to confirm which board is bad?

Aqua Rite 2004 Vintage Not Generating And Odd Readouts

I tested the unit at the local pool store and it needs to be replaced. Since the unit (T-15) is not working, could that cause the readings to go bad on the control panel. I am going to buy a new T-15 AND changing the current limiter on the control panel. Please let me know if you think I need to...
