@FloridaGary when speed 3 finishes at 1500, does the pump go to zero RPMs until 0900 the next day?

I have a two speed pump and a SWG that has the same issue (but a different brand from yours). Twice a day I run the pump on high for 5 minutes to bleed out the air in the pump.

My gas heater does the same thing. I was thinking it was just because I startup at low pump speed (two speed pump) and it takes some time to get the water reading at the heater up. A delay seems like a good idea. I might try starting it on high to see if that helps as well.

Industrial applications use laser or ultra sonic sensors. What about using weight? I'm not familiar with the stenner systems but could you use a pressure tranducer under the tank? That would make it a non-contact system with the fluid in the tank.

I did something similar to yours. Leveraged the available smart switches to save me from having to learn about the raspberry pi stuff. I'm also trusting the leviton cyber security folks to keep me safe. I figured a big name brand would have a decent handle on security.

Bigger is better but it's all based on your budget. We also had to upgrade our gas meter when we had the pool built. It cost about $700 for the new meter installation if I remembered correctly.
