4 yr in ground pool owner, older pool (first mistake). Second mistake was the 100 yr old huge live oak tree that covers most of the pool. Found this site searching on Polaris PB4SQ leaking pump, which seems to know when it is out of warranty. But the wife wanted a home w/ a pool. So happy wife...

Anyone know what's going on with this pump? Mine is about 18 months old, started leaking at the very same spot couple days ago.

I'd like to help, but my 1 yr old Polaris pump started leaking at the same place couple days ago, getting worse.
