    As you can also notice the huge chlorine stain on the bottom of the deep end. That was a result of some bad advice from a Leslie’s pool store employee the first year we got the pool. But it now has become useful to determine progress during a slam!! [emoji3]

    Re: Before and after It took around 3 days. I filled the pool up. Vacuumed as much off the bottom first then kept it at shock level with bleach with the pump running.

    PH/Alkalinity question

    Great! Thanks so much for the fast reply! I love this site! Pool school has changed my life! Started TFP pool method since opening pool this season haven't had a battle with algae yet! Two months and pool is still crystal clear!

    If my alkalinity is 150 and my ph is 7.8 should I lower my alkalinity or just leave it be?
