OK did a full floor clean cycle, cleaner on main drain 3 time and all 3 time did a spin-o-roma for about 20-30 seconds and freed itself as opposed to me having to push it off with a poll like the previous unit. So in summery: New unit not doing summersaults off the walls and not getting stuck...

Only did a wall cleaning, first blush it looks like the top fans come on sooner and stay on longer than the previous unit. Tomorrow I will do a floor clean and see if it gets stuck. I tried to attach a video but nit able to.

Update: New Seagull Pro arrived today. I am currently charging unit. Two changes right off the bat are 1) Charger is about 1/3 the size of the original. 2) on the botton of unit there is a small wheel. Wonder if the wheel is to help is not get stuck on the main drain?

I am also interested in the software update or if they are blowing smoke. The cloth you added will probably be on my to do list because most of what I get in the pool is super fine silt. I will report back when it gets here next week.

So this was my second season with the Seagull Pro, issue I have is when wall cleaning it would summersault off the wall in the shallow end. Emailed Aiper they said shallow end need to be minimum of 31" mine is always between 34 and 36 so not the issue they are sending me a new cleaner with...
