Thank you, I did take it our after learning that its adding mor metal to the water and that is not good. I also turned off the chorine generator and the stains are dissappearing quite a bit.

So under the pool stroes direction I have added alot of copper to the pool, is there a way to remove the copper without draining the whole pool that works well? The new pool store I went to said the water has so much copper in it that it should be drained and acid etched and then refilled...
