its an overflow concrete pool with catch basin, there is no skimmer

Hey guys, I have an inground concrete pool with an overflow, but I want to add in my own pool skimmer. I was wondering if anyone had experince with this or any good ideas that wont look too ugly or be too invasive. Let me know! Thanks!

My Pentair Intellichem had been working fine for close to a year, Now it is saying my orp is low, it is showing it at 250, and then when I go to my ORP settings, the Dosing line that is usually at the top doesn't even show up, and the middle line where it shows the gauge level just doesn't show...
