It is using a cheap camera directly down into the skimmer and around the first 90 degree angle. - - - Updated - - - We never add anything to the skimmer. I'm baffled. I couldn't think of anything other than a buildup of some sort, or an animal.

Has anyone ever had a skimmer clog due to chemical buildup in the pipes? Our skimmer has zero suction. We stuck a camera down there and at first thought we were dealing with a dead animal. Now we're starting to think it's chemical buildup in the pipe. Wondering if anyone has run into this before.

We just had a heck of a storm. Scooped out all of the leaves and got a couple of pics. This is day 4 without our SWG. The submersible pump and bleach are keeping the green away so far.

We purchased a submersible pump today and have it running. I've added bleach and brushed the last 2 days. Sure hope we can stay ahead of the algae until we get our SWG back. Thanks all for the info! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

The panel that powers the SWG and pump has been removed. I don't see any way we can get power to the pump. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

We have a fiberglass pool. 18 ft wide X 44 ft long, 8ft deep. I'm not sure how many gallons it is. - - - Updated - - - The pump is powered by our salt water generator. It is dead. We have taken it apart and have to ship it to Florida for repair /rebuild.

How often do you think I'll have to bleach it in the next 5-6 days?

No pump. Our SWG runs our pump. I have the Aquabot in there but I doubt it's going to do much.
