Inground pool, 42x17. Pool is 12ft deep under 12ft Duraflex one-meter springboard (I dove in college and then in Masters competition.) 43,000 gallons capacity. 8x8 spa. Solar collectors on 2d story roof, 2hp single-speed filter pump, soon to be replaced with 2.7hp variable speed. Separate spa bubble pump. Polaris cleaner with boost pump. Installation 40 years old. Plaster and tiling replaced last year.
