Paul - Thank you for the guidance on Raypak... I suspect this will be the case with the next pool contractor and the AHS warranty claim. So net-net I'll be looking to replace the heater this year one way or the other and will definately use a licensed contractor.

Thanks everyone for your insights... I'll be looking into the Hayward AquaRite T15 system... The current SWG cell is no longer available and will require me to upgrade to something and therefore, the inquiry for the best option. Cheers, Jeff

I'm looking to replace a dead AquaPure SWG for a 24k gallon salt water pool... What would you recommend? The pool builder is suggesting Hayward and I want to get some real world experiences on the right SWG solution before pulling the trigger. :nemo:

I too pulled the trigger last week and just place the unit into service yesterday - all very straight forward on the installation and initial run. So far it's working out like a champ and cleaned the entire pool after a mild winter in TX. Looking forward to many years of service. Jeff :)
