Get the levelor system, it's electronic, no sticky floats to worry about. But must be plumbed properly, using a static pipe is the best. Look them up on the web I think jandy reps them now.

I think the simplest solution is the pentair intellichem. You can get it with two built in pumps ( one for acid and one for chlorine) or one built in pump for acid and get the intellichlor swg that integrates with the intellichem for total control of chlorine and PH!

Sounds like to pressure switch on the blower is not completing the ignition circuit. There should be a rubber tube somwere on the blower assembley leading to a pressure switch with two wires on it. You can test the switch by removing the wires and connecting them together and see if it will...

I bet if you take off the cover of the main unit, you'll find a fried circuit board! ( ie. black capcitors that used to be blue in the upper left corner of the board.) Try a search for " fried circuit board ".

Anybody use plain silicone to fix a small leak in bottom of a pool? There is a small gap between the plaster ring and the drain body that is letting water drain between the two, Small slow leak. Just wondering if a bead of silicone will do the trick, im pretty sure it will work but for how long?

Just check the cell and clean if needed that way it shouldnt be a problem. The light is a dummy light that is basicaly on a timer. It will still produce chlorine as long as the cell is clean.

Yes I do have a Aquarite system, It's my friend who has the autopilot which I convinced him to buy and that I installed for him a year ago.

This is realy weird. Our did the same thing this week. Got the low cell amps message then I read these post and looked at our board and sure enough it was the same capacitors that are fried. You can even smell it. Sounds like autopilot needs to do a recall!
