I need to pick up a Hayward OmniPL upgrade kit to replace my dying old Hayward ecommand 4 system. Any recommendations for a reputable online supplier? It’s not cheap so I want to make sure I get a new unit and don’t get taken and end up with a refurbished or used unit from a shady supplier.

Looks like I’m going to be getting the Hayward omniPL upgrade kit. Anybody have recommendations for good, reputable online dealers? I’m seeing a few different price ranges for the same equipment, so that makes me think some of the dealers may be too good to be true. Thx.

Yes, I believe the controller I have is the HPC-4-act-rc model. Can’t find a part number to confirm that, but that’s one of the models listed on the user manual. Looks like I’m going to have to go with the Hayward retrofit/upgrade kit to swap out the older controller.

Sorry about that. The heater is a Hayward H400FDN. The spa water temp when I started the heater was probably about 48 degrees. Outside air temp was probably around 40 degrees. I tried adding pool details in my signature line. Hopefly that shows up.
