I took the pilot off and it was a bit "twisted". Straightened it out and re-installed and it seemed to do the same thing. Installed the side cover (as I had been watching it) and left it alone for a few minutes and it fired up.

All lights turn on except the “heat” light. Seems like main gas is not turning on. I cleaned everything but no change.

I will try that. I should also mention that it WAS working a couple of weeks ago, so this is not the first spring fire up.

I have a Purex Triton Mini Max 300. When I turn it on I hear the ignitor clicking, and can watch it start the pilot light, but instead of the igniter stopping and the main burners lighting, the igniter just continues to click until eventually the unit turns off. I can see a very strong pilot...
