2nd season with pool, no issues at all last year. Just opened pool other day and notices these brownish almost "rings" at bottom of shallow end and few in deep end. After shocking, I tried to brush/vaccum this up and it doesn't seem to budge. Still stuck there and its quite ugly. Pool looks...
