The pool is 18' X 30' guessing around 22,000 gal. and is a mess. Pool has not been tended to for around a year. Had a cover on it for the last 3 mo. Thanks for the info.

Identify this type of filter – cartridge, sand, or D.E. My realtor sent this picture. I am in escrow and am new to pools so wanting to learn as much as possible about the equipment I’ll have. Pool was built in 2003. Pool School has help me immensely. Anxious to start to work on the pool.
