I understand the bonding concept, but I don’t think I need to bond to the bonding lug at the bottom of the pump basin only (being plastic). Or is this so I don’t have to install the skimmer bonding kit? Would it be best to ground the...

    I’ve searched and don’t think this question has been asked. My pump has a grounding and separate bonding lug. Pump bonding lug is on the plastic pool housing which would be for the water. Also my pool is a resin top and bottom with titanium walls. But will still need to ground and bond the pump...

    Pool is not actually installed. Plan is next week, but I'm going ahead and having the electrical ready and plumbing stubbed to about 6 feet of the expected pool's location so just two simple PVC connections and I'm hooked and ready. Finishing up the pool's foundation now. I'll post pics once...

    New 24' salt AGP install - 1.5hp single speed pump (on timer) and sand filter 30ft from pool. Running buried schedule 40 PVC. Pump and Filter have 1 1/2" connections, salt system is 2". Have purchased all 1 1/2" pipe, fittings, unions to finish the plumbing. Would this be sufficient or do I need...
