I dissolved it totally in a bucket with a controlled amount first. I am searching for the preferred way but only find the sock method. Is that the preferred way?

SO i added clorox stabilizer (BEFORE i read here not to :) )....It took FOREVER and a day to dissolve. I did a small sample then wised up. Now I just dissolve it in a bucket then spread throughout the pool with pump running full blast. That sound ok?

Means I regularly hose down the cartridge with a higher than average pressure garden hose. I plan on changing the cartridge soon so its nice and fresh for the season. I am not familiar with TSP cleaning. ...

Interesting. ID have to find what a 485 cable is but I get it conceptually [emoji2]. Another issue is that my VSP doesn't run at high enough speed to generate chlorine outside of scheduled times which maintained perfect levels until suddenly....not.

So I tested my water today and free chlorine is near zero. Problem is.....iaqualink is down and I cannot connect to make any setting changes.....any ideas to nip it in the bid? Somehow my stabilizer and other levels ok. I took the balls out of my nature 2 on Friday and tested water everything...

Amy, We 100% would recommend a proper pool fence. Heaven forbid a kid goes out, an alarm is likely to slow. Pool fence is ugly as ****, but when my kids were little we had and would not.let them go anywhere that didn't!
