Full replacement is $2400. Drive part is ~$900 but if it's motor that's another $900

Went to start my pump after the winter and the light came on briefly and then shut off. I popped off the keypad and inspected the circuit below to find water in in. I'm going to try letting it dry out, but if that fails, I'm assuming I'm in for a full drive replacement? The pump is already 8...
