According to the most recent test, iron level was 0. So if I lower ph first, what comes next - shock or CYA - in what order, and when?

Thanks for the advice. So my plan will be to shock the pool with bleach and add muriatic acid to lower the ph. But, how do I raise the CYA? Never done that before. Duraleigh - water is clear green. I've never had any luck posting pics.

Good news! Was finally able to reach original tech on his cell. He believed it was metal in the water, and had us add 4 qts of Sequa-sol, a sequestering agent. Woke up this morning to a beautiful blue pool!
